Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend ION Security more highly. They initially installed an alarm for us. All works were carried out professionally, with care, and in a timely manner. We discussed the option of installing cameras at the time. There was no pressure and Sal was happy to provide all the information. Later I decided to go ahead and Sal tailored the best solution within my budget. I couldn't be happier as the camera system is so easy to operate and I couldn't feel more safe. After sales service has also been great. ION Security have been fantastic to deal with . I'm a very happy customer!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow, absolutely impressed.
Was greeted at the car park by Cory who took me into the premises and went straight to David who looked into my Hikvision recorder in a flash and on the spot.
How’s that for good old fashion customer service. Can’t find that anywhere anymore
My recorder was a little vintage, but David had a few old parts lying around and low and behold, he had an exact unit which he replaced the part within a few minutes, and to top it off, when I insisted to pay he said, “no problems, but do something good for someone else today”
Still can’t believe the experience, and if I need anything else in the way of security, I will look no where else but Ion Security.
Thanks to you David and your team.
5 Stars !!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve used ION Security twice now. The first time for a full camera and alarm system install and just recently I upgraded my alarm panel so I can arm and disarm remotely. I’m very happy with the results and Rhys and his team were fantastic and dealt with every little concern I had on the way. I have recommended these guys to other people and they too have left positive reviews.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic team (Ryss, Matt) looking after our factory and private requirements. Any small issues are attended to without fuss and even when an external electrical fault triggered the alarm and left the strobe on, Dave was able to intervene remotely without being asked.
We would thoroughly recommend ION Security for their professionalism, customer focus and attention to detail.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We installed an alarm in our Rye home 6 years ago with the Ion team. We rely on our mobile phones to turn the alarm on/off remotely. When we changed to a new mobile phone we were unable to do this. A quick phone call to Ion Security and after spending 20 mins patiently on the phone with us, we got the problem sorted. Can't fault the service from Ion Security. Highly recommend. You won't be forgotten even after years of getting service. Keep up the great work!

Keeping Properties Safe Since 2014

A security system only proves its worth on the night something goes wrong. That’s why we never take shortcuts. Since 2014, we’ve protected homes, farms, schools and businesses across the Mornington Peninsula, South East Melbourne and Victoria, and we know where the weak spots hide and how to close them.

Every job starts with a free on-site assessment. We design around your property and budget, install commercial-grade equipment, and we’re still just a phone call away long after we’ve packed up.
